Policies

Invoicing / Confirming Your Enrolment
Clients will be emailed invoices prior to the commencement of each term. Accounts must be paid in full by their due date to secure your spot in our program. Any eligible discounts will be void on invoices after their due date. Each term’s invoice will differ depending on the number of weeks in the term. GP Tennis term dates are in line with the Victorian Government School Dates. GP Tennis does not invoice for Public Holidays as there is no coaching on these days. If you would like to make a change to your class or do not wish to continue with your lessons for the following term please email info@gptennis.com.au three weeks prior to the end of term.
Public Holidays
There is no coaching on Public Holidays. You will not be invoiced for any Public Holiday and will not need a make-up lesson. If a Public Holiday falls on a Monday, no coaching will run on the Saturday and Sunday prior. If it falls on a Tuesday, please check with your Coach regarding Monday and the weekend prior. All term dates will be clearly outlined on your invoice.
Weather / Wash Out / Heat Out
In the event of a wash-out or heat-out, your Coach will text you at least half an hour prior to your lesson to notify of a cancellation. Please do not call your Coach — if you haven’t heard from us, assume the lesson will proceed. If cancelled, please arrange a make-up with your Coach.
Illness / Injury
  • You must notify GP Tennis at least 12 hours prior to your lesson to arrange a make-up lesson.
  • If enrolled in a private lesson, contact your Coach directly.
  • If enrolled in a group lesson, text +61 402 296 835 with: student name, venue, lesson time, and reason.
  • Only 2 make-up lessons are allowed per student per term with 12 hours notice. These must be used within the same term.
Travel
Please notify GP Tennis via email at the beginning of each term if you’ll miss lessons due to travel. We’ll offer make-up options, or adjust your invoice at our discretion.
Make-up Lessons

Make-up lessons are only available if prior notice has been given. They must be used within the same term, are limited to 2 per student, and are not refundable. Students can attend a similar class at any GP Tennis venue.

Private lesson: Contact your Coach directly.
Group lesson: Email info@gptennis.com.au with student name, venue, lesson time, reason, and which session you’ll attend as a make-up.

Discounts

Discounts are offered to support multiple classes and families. Discounts apply per participant:

  • 2 group sessions: 5% off the second session
  • 3 group sessions: 5% off the second, 10% off the third
  • 4+ sessions: 5% off second, 10% off third, 15% off fourth and beyond
  • Refer a friend — once they pay, receive 10% off your next term (20% off for 2 friends, etc.)
